How long with Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?

I've been in the HVAC industry for nearly 30 years, but I've been part of this great team since 1991.

 

Responsibilities as Heating & Cooling Consultant?

In a nutshell, I help homeowners determine the best, most efficient, heating and cooling system that fits their home and most importantly their budget. By sitting down and talking with customers about their needs and lifestyles, I can use my 30 years of experience to offer solutions that maybe the customer hasn't thought about.

 

Special training, credentials or accomplishments?

I began my career as an installation HVAC technician back in 1980. From 1982 to 1986, I ran my own HVAC business so I understand the ins and outs of this ever-changing industry. As I look back, I've actually designed and/or installed home comfort systems in thousands of homes in Monroe County area. To this day I still attend regular training seminars to keep up-to-date with all my industry certifications.

 

Life outside of Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?

Life is good — I'm married to a wonderful lady who tolerates the long hours we need to put in to accommodate our customers. Together we have 3 adult boys. You can probably find me hunting or fishing in the area.

 

Anything else worth knowing about Stephen?

You should know that I take my job pretty seriously — I've been known to "walk away" from a customer rather than compromise the quality of our workmanship, or the safety of the customer. As my father taught me if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right...
