How long with Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?

1995 was the year I first joined the team — as an installation technician. I was promoted to service technician in 1998, and over the years served as lead HVAC technician, then installation manager...then Heating & Air Conditioning Service Manager. It's been an amazing experience with a talented and supportive team.

 

Responsibilities as Service General Manager?

Today, I'm in charge of all field operations for Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning. I also oversee all heating and cooling service and installation technicians on a day-to-day basis. We've got a dedicated group of guys who really do "care", and I'm proud to be part of the team.

 

Special training, credentials or accomplishments?

Back in 1995, I earned my 2-year Associates Degree from SUNY Delhi in HVAC Applied Sciences. I've logged hundreds of hours of factory training from the top furnace and air conditioning manufacturers in the business. I'm also NATE-certified, and continue growing professionally by keeping up with all the necessary certification courses.

 

Life outside of Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?

Let's just say I'm a happy camper — literally. I enjoy the Great Outdoors, and camping is one of my long-time passions. I also make a mean BBQ for friends and family.
