How long with Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?

I feel like I was born and raised in this company. I've grown up here for about 30 years now, but I've actually worked here since 2001.

 

Responsibilities as PM Coordinator?

I work with our residential Care Plan customers — to make sure they service their equipment regularly, and also help them with any issues or concerns. I also work with EMCOR headquarters to ensure that we're compliant with all the industry Rules & Regulations. I've worked in various roles here and would say I am a 'Jack of all trades'.

 

Special training, credentials or accomplishments?

Education-wise, I earned my undergraduate Degree in Education, from Nazareth College of Rochester and my Masters Degree in Education from Roberts Wesleyan College, also in Rochester. I spent ten years teaching high school English and then left to come join my family here. That teaching experience has come in handy here at Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning!

You could call me a local, I've lived in this area for most of my life. I spend a lot of time listening to local bands, going to festivals and also endlessly attending hockey games.

 

Anything else worth knowing about Christi?

I'm an avid reader and also enjoy spending time with my two teenage children — and my dogs, of course. In the summertime I can be found any place on the water, boating, jet-skiing or just plain relaxing.
