What is SEER?

SEER stands for "Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio" and is a measure of the cooling efficiency of air conditioners. The higher the SEER, the greater your energy savings. The Federal minimum established for new air conditioning equipment is 13.00, but Lennox air conditioners carry ratings as high as 21.00.
