"Beginning with our initial contact with Eric St. John, we were greatly impressed with the professionalism of your company representatives. Eric carefully explained the options, advantages and costs of replacing our existing equipment. He provided a very fair proposal and scheduled the installation and even stopped on installation day to check our situation.
Next, Dan Porreca spent several hours conducting a very thorough audit.
On schedule, Rich and Tony arrived to install our York furnace and air conditioner at 8:00 AM. They finished the install in one day with the exception of the humidifier which was completed the following morning. Their expertise was accompanied by an emphasis on cleanup and cleanliness.
Finally, Dan followed-up, checking the system, reviewing the results of the energy audit and explained how he would initiate the application for our NYSEG rebate.
